Fed up with ever rising fuel cost's?
Want a really economical way to get round town?
The new Vision has been tested to return 31.2 miles on just one litre of petrol (on a full tank you should be able to travel over 170 miles!) - That's the equivalent of a fantastic 141.8mpg, or to put it another way, you could travel over 100 miles on less than £5 of petrol! (fuel cost calculated at £1.40 per litre) along with a top speed of approx. 50mph.

And because it’s built by Honda, it’s solid, reliable, resale values will be good and dealer support is excellent.

As well as having no clutch or gears to worry about, the brakes are like a bicycle’s, operated by handlebar levers. The right one operates the front and rear stoppers in tandem via Honda’s CBS (Combined Braking System), which changes the front-to-rear braking balance according to how much you squeeze the lever.

It simply stops without fuss whatever you do.
Never ridden a motorcycle before? don't worry, as long as you can ride a bicycle, the Vision should present no difficulty at all, simply complete a CBT with Suffolk Road Training and enjoy the benefits of motorcycling.

At £1,800, it’s hard to understand why so many people still commute by car, train or bus!

With the changes recently announced regarding the Motorcycle Test changing in January 2013 (more here) this year is the year to pass your motorcycle test!

Suffolk Road Training can help!

Currently if you are aged 21+ you can pass your test under the Direct Access Scheme (DAS), from 2013 you will have to be 24+

If you are aged 17+ you can pass your motorcycle test and be restricted to 33hp for 2 years after which your licence will automatically allow you to ride ANY motorcycle irrespective of power.

In 2013 that is all changing - if you are aged 17-19 you will only be able to gain a licence for a machine up to 125cc and 15bhp by taking a test on a bike of similar specification.

At 19 you will qualify for a bike up to 47bhp by doing another test or undertaking additional training. This must be done on a machine over 395cc and between 33bhp and 47bhp.

You will then face a further two-year wait – and yet another test or further training - before you can qualify to ride a bike of any power.

All this means that at 17-19 years-old you will face three exams or training sessions over a minimum of four years before you can ride an unlimited bike -unless you pass this year!

As to whether you will be able to progress through each stage via a test or extra training has yet to be officially announced, with less than a year to go!

Suffolk Road Training are very flexible regarding training for the motorcycle test!
